Click "Get started" on the homepage. You can sign up with your email address and create a password. Once registered, you'll choose a plan and get immediate access to all features.

After creating your account, you'll be prompted to choose a plan (1, 2, or 3 months). Once you've completed payment, you'll land on your dashboard where you can start a conversation, build a negotiation plan, upload your resume, or start a practice session.

Yes. Your conversations, resumes, and negotiation plans are fully private. We never use your data to train AI models, and you can delete your conversation history at any time. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Chat limits depend on your plan: 10 chats per day (1 Month), 12 chats per day (2 Months), or 15 chats per day (3 Months). Your daily limit resets every 24 hours. You can see your remaining chats on the dashboard usage bar.

Upload a PDF resume (up to 5MB) and Negio analyzes it across multiple dimensions: formatting, ATS compatibility, impact quantification, action verbs, and more. You get an overall score (1-100), a visual score breakdown with category bars, section-by-section feedback, and interactive action items, check them off to see your estimated score improve in real time. You can also download the review as a PDF.

Practice Sessions let you simulate a real salary negotiation. Negio plays the hiring manager while you negotiate. After each response, you get a Coach’s Note explaining what happened and a Next Step with a concrete suggestion. Live performance indicators track your Confidence, Anchoring, and Flexibility throughout. End the session to get a detailed debrief with strengths, improvements, tips, and suggested scripts. You can also view a scripted example before starting.

The Salary Planner generates a complete negotiation strategy including: a success rating with achievable range, a visual concession ladder (anchor to walk-away), market analysis, BATNA analysis with leverage ratings, talking points, objection responses, negotiation scripts, and a concessions strategy table. Everything is downloadable as a PDF.

Yes! After Negio generates your plan, you can download the full strategy as a professionally formatted PDF, including your concession ladder, BATNA, objection responses, and scripts. Resume reviews can also be downloaded as PDFs.

Tips & Tricks is a dedicated section with expert-backed negotiation strategies organized into three categories: Salary Negotiation (9 tips + common mistakes), Resume Optimization (8 tips + mistakes), and Negotiation Planning (9 tips + mistakes). All tips are sourced from Harvard, Berkeley, and top recruiters.

Negio searches the web in real time for current salary data specific to your role, industry, experience level, and location. The data comes from multiple sources including salary databases, job postings, and industry reports.

1) Click your avatar at the bottom-left of the sidebar to open Settings. 2) Scroll down to the Security section (look for the lock icon). 3) Enter your current password to verify your identity. 4) Enter your new password, it must be at least 8 characters. Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for best security. 5) Click "Update password." You'll see a success message and the change takes effect immediately.

Go to Settings by clicking your avatar in the sidebar. In the Profile section, click on your current avatar. You can choose from 12 default cartoon avatars or upload a custom image. Custom images should be under 512KB.

Go to Settings and click the edit icon next to your name. Type your new name and click save. Your updated name will appear in the sidebar and throughout the app.

Your dashboard shows your daily chat usage. For full details, including your plan, expiry date, total conversations, plans created, and resume reviews, go to Settings. The Subscription section shows everything about your current plan.

Negio offers three plans: 1 Month (€7.99), 2 Months (€12.99, save 19%), and 3 Months (€15.99, save 33%). All plans include the same features, AI chat, salary planner, resume review, practice sessions, and tips & tricks. The only difference is the duration.

No. Negio uses one-time payments, not subscriptions. You pay once for the duration you choose and there are no automatic renewals or recurring charges. When your plan expires, you can extend by purchasing again.

Go to Settings and look at the Subscription section. You'll see buttons to extend your access by 1, 2, or 3 months. The new time is added to your remaining access, nothing is lost.

Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date you purchased. Go to Settings, click the refund link, fill out a brief feedback form, and your refund will be processed automatically. After 14 days, contact our support team for assistance.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as iDEAL for customers in the Netherlands. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Your conversations, resumes, and personal information are protected with industry-standard security measures.

No. Your negotiation conversations, resume content, and personal data are never used to train AI models. Your information is yours alone.

Yes. You can delete individual conversations from the chat sidebar, and you can request full account deletion by contacting our support team. When your account is deleted, all your data is removed within 30 days.

Only you. Your conversations are private and not accessible to Negio team members during normal operations. We only access data when required for technical support (with your explicit consent) or when legally required.

Make sure your file is a PDF under 5MB with selectable text (not a scanned image). If the file seems valid, try uploading again, sometimes the AI analysis needs a second attempt. If the problem persists, try a different PDF reader to re-export the document.

Occasionally, very long responses may be truncated. Try asking a more specific question, or break your request into smaller parts. If this happens frequently, please contact support.

Double-check your email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in page. If you’re still unable to log in, contact us through the contact page.

Make sure you’ve filled in all required fields (role, company, target salary) before starting. If the session still won’t start, try refreshing the page. Check that you have remaining daily chats on your dashboard.

This means you’ve used all your daily chats. Your limit resets every 24 hours, check your dashboard for the exact reset time. For resume reviews, the limit depends on your plan (1-3 reviews total).
